We harvested collards for New Year’s, taking some home for our own traditional southern New Year’s meals, but sending most of it to the Holly Springs Food Cupboard.   • Garden cancelled today!

    Garden cancelled today!

    The garden workday is cancelled today, due to cold rain this evening. We hope to see you Saturday morning beginning at 9am, as we catch up on our harvest and garden tasks. There will be no more Tuesday night workdays this year since daylight savings ends this weekend, but Saturday workdays will continue through Nov.

  • Time and date changes!

    Time and date changes!

    Beginning tomorrow Saturday workdays will start at 9am! It’s supposed to be 37 degrees at 8am so we’ll wait until it’s a little warmer to start. We still need to get the harvest done by pick up time at 9:30 though, so please come out early and help us get our produce to the food

Volunteer opportunities

In addition to our garden work on scheduled garden workdays, including soil prep, planting, watering, weeding etc., there are other important supporting tasks that make the garden go.
