


With a little help from Carl’s fire pit, our garden team had a wonderful winter harvest morning. We harvested collards for New Year’s, taking some home for our own traditional southern New Year’s meals, but sending most of it to the Holly Springs Food Cupboard. Tomorrow, Thursday and Saturday we will have all of our lovely dried garlic back at the garden! We will set aside some of it to plant this November (for harvest next summer). The rest will be available to you and our local food banks. Because we hung this garlic to dry it has great shelf
