


With a little help from Carl’s fire pit, our garden team had a wonderful winter harvest morning. We harvested collards for New Year’s, taking some home for our own traditional southern New Year’s meals, but sending most of it to the Holly Springs Food Cupboard. As a bonus, we also were able to harvest broccoli,

It’s not getting much cooler in the upcoming days so we’re modifying garden workday hours this week as well. Please note that Thursday morning hours are changing for the rest of July and August! Please remember to bring plenty of drinking water, take frequent breaks, wear sunscreen and a hat. Hope to see you soon.
