
With a little help from Carl’s fire pit, our garden team had a wonderful winter harvest morning. We harvested collards for New Year’s, taking some home for our own traditional southern New Year’s meals, but sending most of it to the Holly Springs Food Cupboard. As a bonus, we also were able to harvest broccoli, turnips, Brussels sprouts, and carrots! This delivered an additional 31 pounds of produce for those in need, bringing our final 2025 total to 4,871 pounds!
