There are no words to express the loss that our garden family, Apex UMC and the Apex community has suffered.  This past Easter Sunday on April 12th, Jeanne Hack, our benefactor and dear friend went home to Jesus.  She was laid to rest latter that week beside her dear husband, Joe.  When gatherings are possible again, a memorial service will be held at Apex UMC.  Her two sons, Herbie and Sutton were able to be with her when she died and would appreciate your prayers for themselves and her three granddaughters, Liza, little Sutton and Olivia.  If you would like to read the lovely obituary that Herbie wrote, the link is here:  Obituary for Jeanne Hack

I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am that I was able to know Jeanne and her family.  You have been blessed by them too even if you’ve never met them.  I am so, so happy for Jeanne; she lived life to the fullest and then some. I will miss her every day.
