Hello everyone.  Just a brief note today to remind you that we’ll start our work in the garden bright and early at 8am tomorrow.  If the weather forecast is to believed, it will be sunny and 78 tomorrow; bring your sunscreen and water!

Tomorrow we will welcome a wonderful group of sorority sisters that have been coming for several years as a service project.  These are incredibly nice, hardworking ladies and I’m looking forward to seeing them again.  We really appreciate their contributions year after year!

I think we can stop holding our breath now; spring has really arrived!  Tomorrow, we will have tomatoes, beans, cucumbers and squash to plant.  And there are potatoes to mulch and some weeding to do.  Oh, how I love warm weather!

And remember Anne’s invitation to join her at Wal-Mart in the morning at 8am.  Our good neighbors have another couple of pallets of soil and mulch that they’re donating to us and we need some strong backs to load and unload the truck.
